Soffits and Fascia Hardware
We will totally remove your existing wooden fascias, barge board, soffits and guttering and replace it with new low maintenance UPVC. At the same time we install over fascia venting which brings the roof ventilation up to current building standards and a felt tray to slide under your existing felt to ensure that no water can pass through if it starts to recede from the roofline.
We only use stainless steel screws to attach the UPVC having cut away any damp wood on the ends of your roof beams and replaced it with new timber. This ensures that you have no brown stains running from the screws on the white fascias. We seal the soffit to your property with specially designed silicone sealant to stop insects from gaining access.
Soffits and Fascia Accessories
A full range of fascia, soffit & cladding trims are available In White, Golden Oak, Mahogany, Rosewood, Black Ash finishes and many more. You will also find a full range of accessories to complement your project to give you a professional finish.
We will rebuild your gable ends when needed. Replacing the verge tiles and resetting the roof tiles in fresh roofing cement. We can also offer a wide range of different colours and textures to match your fascias to your property. We give a 10 years manufacturer's warranty on the products we fit, and unlike many, our supplier has been around for more than 10 years. You also get a 10 years warranty on the installation of the product and our workmanship. We are members of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) who give a 10 year insured warranty on all our work.
