Will you send round a pushy salesman?

No. We do not employ any sales people, only experienced designers.

Do I have to decide on the night?

No. We will help you to decide on style and design, then prepare a detailed quotation for you which we prefer to email directly to you.

How do I know your products are of a suitable quality?

We only use the best products available and they will all meet or exceed the required industry standards including B.S. and Fensa.

Do you employ your own installers?

Yes. We carefully vet each one and check the quality of every job they complete.

You will be asked for your comments on the quality of product, service and installation

Do you offer a "one-stop" service?

Yes. From concept, through design, CAD plans, planning application, ground works,installation and finishing touches you will deal with us directly through your project manager.

Do I get a guarantee?

Yes. We offer a full 10 year, transferrable, indemnified guarantee on all qualifying products. These are issued on completion of the installation.This means that, if we are unable to resolve your warranty issues to your satisfaction, you will have a separate contract to rectify the problem.

How long will it take?

Subject to weather and supply delays beyond our control as a general guide a conservatory can be installed within a week, windows 2-3 days and doors in a day.

Do you offer any credit terms?

Currently the answer is no as there is generally a cost involved in this which we would need to pass on to you. However, you are welcome to arrange your own loan facility.

Do you arrange my planning application?

Yes, unless you specifically ask us not to.

Can I get any discount?

Do you offer any other products or services?

Yes. We can supply and fit tailor made roof and window blinds, awnings and security grilles. Air conditioning systems. Spa environments, patios, brickwork, electrical and plumbing work. We also fit kitchens and bathrooms as our installers are trained and experienced in these areas as well. Call or email us for a quotation.
